Mode of action of Carmino Softgel Capsule:
Carmino helps relieve trapped abdominal gases and abdominal pain due to the presence of caminative volatile oils of Peppermint, Carum copticum and Myristica fragrans.
Asafoetida and Zingiber officinale enhances secretion of digestive enzymes and promotes digestion.

Ingredients of Carmino Softgel Capsule:
Each softgel gelatin capsule contains –
Pudina taila [Mentha piperita] – 100 mg
Jatiphala taila [Myristica fragrans] – 10 mg
Yavani [Carum copticum] – 5 mg – Bishop’s weed or Oma is called as Yavani in Ayurveda. It is a famous Indian spice. Commonly available throughout India. It is used extensively in digestive diseases.
Hingu [Ferula asafoetida] – 1 mg – Asafoetida is an ancient Indian culinary ingredient, loaded with immense health benefits. Its powder with buttermilk is a very famous Indian home remedy for bloating. It is called as Hingu in Sanskrit and also in many other languages.
Ardraka taila [Zingiber officinale] – 0.2 mg

Indication of Carmino Softgel Capsule:
Flatulence
Abdominal colic
Bloated stomach [abdominal distension]
Acidity [functional dyspepsia]
Irritable bowel syndrome

Dose, duration of use
Dosage of Carmino Softgel Capsule:
1-2 softgel capsules twice a day after food with water, or as directed by the physician.
How long to use?
It can be safely used for a period of 2 – 3 months time, with gradual decrease in dosage.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
