Ayrofit Syrup: Uses, Ingredients, Dose, Side Effects

Ayrofit Syrup is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Tulsi Pharma. It is a general tonic. 

Ingredients

Ingredients of Ayrofit Syrup:
Each 10 ml of syrup contains extracts of –

  • Amalaki [Embelica officinalis] – 250 mg – Amla or Amalaki can be said as the most used Ayurvedic ingredient. It is both a food and medicine. The little fruit is stuffed with innumerable health benefits that can ever be imagined. The word Amla refers to sour, which is its predominant taste. Its botanical name is Emblica officinalis or Phyllanthus emblica.
  • Ashwagandha [Withania somnifera] – 150 mg
  • Kapikacchu [Mucuna puriens] – 100 mg
  • Vidarikanda [Ipomea digitata] – 100 mg
  • Shatavari [Asperagus racemosus] – 100 mg
  • Ajamoda [Carum roxburghianum] – 50 mg
  • Vidanga [Embelica ribes] – 50 mg
  • Kumbi [Pistia stratiotes] – 50 mg
  • Jatiphala [Myristica fragrans] – 50 mg
  • Jatipatra [Myristica fragrans] – 40 mg
  • Draksha [Vitis vinifera]- raisins – 20 mg – Grape is the one of the must-have fruits for everyone. Ayurveda says “Drakshaa Phalottamaa” – of all the fruits grape is the best. When we go to the fruit market, we can not get the sweet grapes always. We may get more-sweet-little-sour variety or more-sour-little sweet variety etc. Each of those varieties have their own effect on Tridosha and our health as a whole. Let us explore the Ayurvedic health benefits of grapes varieties -dry and fresh, unripe, semi ripe, full ripened etc.
  • Pippali [Piper longum] – 20 mg
  • Akarakarabha [Anacyclus pyrethrum] – 20 mg
  • Sugar syrup with flavor – q.s.

Indication of Ayrofit Syrup:
A comprehensive metabolic tonic
Rejuvenator

Dose

Dosage of Ayrofit Syrup:
Children – 1 tsp 1-2 times a day, or as directed by your Ayurvedic doctor.
Adults – 1 tsp 2-3 times a day, or as directed by your Ayurvedic doctor.

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Side effects, package, shelf life

Side effects of Ayrofit Syrup:

  • There are no recorded side effects with this medicine.
  • This product is not suitable for people with diabetes.
  • Should be taken under medical supervision.
  • Store in a cool dry place, in an air tight container, away from direct sunlight.
    Keep out of reach and sight of children.

Shelf life or expiration date: 3 years from the date of manufacture.
