Uses of Mensokot Syrup:
It is an ideal preparation for irregular and painful menstrual cycles.
It provides rich source of phytoestrogens that normalizes the health of endometrium.
Phytoestrogens in Saraca indica and Moringa oleifera stimulates estrogen receptors and enhances uterine contraction and fight against inflammations.
Act as an anti-oxidant and provide a sense of well-being.

Irregular menstrual cycles
Dysmenorrhea
Menorrhagia.
Ingredients
Ingredients of Mensokot Syrup:
Each 10 ml contains-
Asoka (Saraca indica)- bark- 1.333 g
Shigru (Moringa oleifera)- bark- 1.333 g
Kumari (Aloe vera)- leaf pulp- 1.333 g
Shunti (Zingiber officinale)- rhizome- 0.444 g
Maricha (Piper nigrum)- fruit- 0.444 g
Pippali (Piper longum)- fruit- 0.444 g
Tila (Sesamum indicum)- seed- 1.333 g
Punarnava (Boerhaavia diffusa)- root- 1.333 g
Sita (Saccharum officinarum)- as it is- 7.000 g
Preservatives-Methyl Paraben Sodium, Propyl Paraben Sodium
Dose
Dosage of Mensokot Syrup:
10 ml thrice daily, or as directed by the physician.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Side effects of Mensokot Syrup:
There are no recorded side effects with this medicine.
Should be taken under medical supervision.
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are diabetic. In diabetic patients, only if the blood sugar is under good control, then this medicine can be given.

Doctor has prescribed Mensokot for my delayed period. I’m also hypothyroid. Will this medicine aggravate my hypothyroidism? Since hypothyroid patients are usually asked to avoid phytoestrogens (like soy).
This does not aggravate hypothyroidism.
Dear Sir, I had a medical abortion on May 17. Initially I had heavy flow with lumps for approximately 8 days but later it got normal. As my bleeding was not stopping even after 3 weeks vaidya sala doctor prescribed me ashokarishtam, kulathuyadi kashyam and pravala bhasma tablet course for 8 days. As it didn’t got result now he had prescribed mensokot syrup 10ml twice a day after food and 2 pravala bhasma tablets after lunch. But there is no improvement in my bleeding which is not that heavy. Pls help!!
