Curative- 2 capsules, 2-3 times daily.
With western medicines

please advice me Shall I take Lumbaton capsules with Ksheerabala 101 capsules for my L4 -L5 disc extrusion with valiya rasnadi kashayam as 2-0-2 or 1-0-1
Lumbaton capsule + ksheerabala – is not required. Lumbaton alone is sufficient along with Rasynasi kashayam – 2-0-2
This combination is good for 2 months time.

There are no big diet restrictions. Avoid excess spicy foods.

Lumbaton plus is the fortified version and is stronger
1 capsule 2 times a day after food for 2 months time.
You can take Lumbaton capsule – 1 capsule 3 times a day after food for 1 month and then 1 capsule 2 times a day after food for the second month.
