Kaunch – Kapikacchu – (Mucuna puriens) – 300 mg
Yashtimadhu – Licorice – Glycyrrhiza glabra – 150 mg
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) – Indian ginseng – 100 mg
Shatavari – Asparagus racemosus – 80 mg
Mushali – Chlorophytum borivilianum – 70 mg
Ashtavarga – 60 mg
Triphala – Amla, Haritaki, Vibhitaki – 60 mg – Triphala churna is one of the most famous anti oxidant and widely used Ayurvedic product. It comes in herbal powder form. Tri means three, Phala means fruit. It is made of three fruits.
Abhraka Bhasma – Calx of Silica – 30 mg – Abhrak Bhasma – Benefits, Dosage, Ingredients, Side Effects Abhrak Bhasma is an Ayurvedic medicine, prepared from Mica. It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of asthma, urinary disorders, skin diseases etc. This medicine should only be taken strictly under medical supervision.
Pravala Bhasma – 30 mg – Pravala Bhasma is an Ayurvedic medicine prepared from Coral. It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of cough, asthma, bleeding disorders etc.
Loha Bhasma – 30 mg – Loha Bhasma is an Ayurvedic medicine prepared from Iron. It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of sexual disorders, anemia, eye disorders, skin diseases etc.
Vanga Bhasma – 30 mg – Vanga Bhasma is an Ayurvedic medicine prepared from Tin. It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of obesity, premature ejaculation, anemia, asthma etc. This medicine should only be taken strictly under medical supervision.
Shilajit – 30 mg
Amrita Satva – 30 mg – Guduchi Satva is an herbal powder, used in Ayurvedic treatment of burning sensation of feet, bleeding diseases etc. It is prepared from stem of a well known plant called Indian Tinospora. It is also known as Giloy Sat and Giloy Satwa.
Makaradhwaj – 15 mg – Makardhwaj Ras is an Ayurvedic medicine, with herbal and mineral ingredients, in powder / tablet form. It is used in Ayurvedic anti aging and aphrodisiac treatment.
Rasasindhur – 15 mg – Ras Sindoor is an Ayurvedic medicine, with herbal and mineral ingredients, in powder / tablet form. It is used in Ayurvedic treatment to improve immunity, strength etc.
Dose
Dosage of Spark Capsule:
1 capsule twice a day up to 3 months.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
