Parthalesunadi Tablet Uses, Dose, Ingredients

Parthalesunadi tablet is an ideal therapy for cardiac disorder. It is an Ayurvedic proprietary medicine manufactured in Bipha Drug Laboratories, Kottayam. 

Uses

Uses of Parthalesunadi Tablet:

  • Proven cardio-protective.
  • Proven hypo-cholesteraemic formula.
  • Reduces the incidence of myocardial infarction and shock.
  • Strengthen cardiac muscle and function.
  • Ideal therapy for cardio-vascular diseases.

Ingredients

Ingredients of Parthalesunadi Tablet:

  • Arjuna (Terminalia arjuna)– is useful in cardia problems and heart diseases associated with liver diseases. It is an anti oxidant, reduces cholesterol, reduces BP and useful in diabetes.
  • Mridhweeka – raisins (Vitis vinifera) – is recommended in anaemia and certain form of wasting diseases.
  • Madhukaphala (Basia latifolia)- is useful in chronic bronchitis and wasting diseases.
  • Dhataki (Woodfordia floribunda)- is considered as safe stimulant, especially for women during their period of pregnancy.
  • Lasuna – Garlic (Allium sativum)– is stimulant, carminative and useful in several forms of dyspepsia.

Dose

Dose:

2 tablets twice daily before meals, or as directed by the physician.

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Presentation & Storage:

  • Should be stored in a dry and cool place.
