Munipayn Oil – How To Use, Ingredients

Munipayn Oil relieves pain and inflammation effectively upon local application. It is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Muniyal Ayurveda Pharmaceuticals.

Uses, method of usage

Uses of Munipayn Oil:

• It is used in musculo-skeletal and neurological disorder.
• Relieves pain and inflammation due to sprains, strains, tendonitis, capsulitis and bursitis.
• Relieves pain and stiffness quickly on application.
• Reduces arthralgia and inflammation effectively in arthritis
• Post viral fever, when the patient complains of body, muscle and joint pains
  Bursitis,  
• Bursitis trochanterica,
• Shoulder dislocation pain

How to apply?
Apply a few drops of the oil over the painful area. If you have time, you can leave the oil over the area for as long as possible. If not, you can wipe off or wash it off after half an hour after application.
It is meant for external application only.

Precaution if you apply this oil over feet:
If you apply this oil on feet, make sure to wash off thoroughly with water or wipe off with cloth. The oil can make you slippery while walking.
After applying, make sure there are no oil spills on the floor. This can make the floor slippery.

Ingredients of Munipayn Oil:

• Alium cepa is proved to have marked analgesic effect both in acute and chronic phases of pain.
• Alium cepa and Alium sativum possesses potent anti-inflammatory activity.
• Renuka- Vitex nigundo exerts anti-arthritic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
• Haridra-Curcuma longa is anti-inflammatory, bio-enhancer and anti-oxidant.
• Devadaru-Cedrus deodara possesses variouspharmacological properties like anti-inflammatory, antispasmolytic, anti-cancer, analgesic, immunomodulatory activities.
• Karpoora-Cinnamom camphora is rubefacient and analgesic.
• Strychnus nuxvomica is potent analgesic, relieves neurological pain and paresthesia quickly.

Storage, shelf life, side effects

Storage: Store in a dry cool place, devoid of direct sun light.

Shelf life: 3 years from the date of manufacturing.

Side effects of Munipayn Oil:

• It is for external application only.
• There are no side effects.

During pregnancy, lactation

If you were using this oil before pregnancy without any allergic reaction, you can continue using this oil even during pregnancy.
If you have not used this product before and wish to use it during pregnancy, better to consult a doctor because it can cause skin allergy in some rare cases.
It is generally considered as safe to use during lactation, however consult your doctor for the right advice.

Can this product be applied after steam therapy?
No. Oil is best applied before steam therapy. This is as per basic Ayurvedic principles.
