Pause Capsules uses: As per the claims of manufacturer, it is indicated in Ayurvedic treatment of Secondary amenorrhea, oligomenorrhoea, irregular periods, menstrual disorders.

Dose and duration of use
Pause Capsule dose: Adults – 2 capsules three times a day, or as directed by physician.
How long to use? It can be used for 5 – 10 days, as directed by Physician.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

This medicine should be taken under strict medical supervision.
Over-dosage, or taking this medicine at wrong time durations of menstrual periods may cause profuse bleeding.

As am very afraid 2 swallow capsules..i open it nd mix the powder inside with water and then have it…is that ok???
Hi, it is best to put the content into mouth and then swallow it immediately with water. This rule applies only to this capsule

No.
Does pause capsule help in stopping blood flow which irregular and prolonged too? And does the capsule cause in weight gain?
Hi, it is not used to stop the blood flow. It is used for inducing bleeding (periods). It does not cause weight gain.
Once after starting periods, it is better to stop it. If it is continued further, it may cause heavy periods. It can be re-started from 25th day of next period cycle.
Is this use to prevent pregnancy. If period time is late upto 10 days?
It is not useful to prevent pregnancy.
How n when to take if there is irregular periods.when to start n when to stop taking this capsules if i have irregular periods.
If there is delayed periods problem, then it is usually advised from the 15th day of the menstrual cycle till the period starts. It is stopped after commencing of periods and continued after 15 days.

Hi. Actually im on my 13th day of period and my doc asked me to take this capsule to stop it.
