Cheer Up Syrup – Benefits, Dosage, Ingredients, Side Effects

Cheer Up Syrup is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine, manufactured by Ayulabs Pvt Ltd, Rajkot, used in treatment to gain weight and relieves fatigue.

Uses

Cheer Up Syrup uses: As per the claims of manufacturer, it is indicated in Ayurvedic treatment of General debility, poor weight gain, anaemia, fatigue.

Effect on dosha

Effect on Tridosha – Balances Vata.

Dose and duration of use

Cheer Up Syrup Dose:  2 teaspoonful three times a day, or as directed by physician.

How long to take? It can be taken for 1 – 2 months, as directed by Physician.

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Cheer Up Syrup Ingredients:
Each 10 ml syrup contains
Ashwagandha – Winter cherry/ Indian Ginseng (root) – Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal. – 100 mg
Shatavari – Asparagus racemosus root – 60 mg
Gokshura – Small caltrops (whole plant) – Tribulus terrestris Linn. – 50 mg
Vidari – Pueraria tuberosa – 40 mg
Kaucha – 40 mg
Kulanjan – 40 mg
Triphala – 40 mg
Akarkara- Anacyclus pyrethrum
20 mg each of
Ashtavarga
Trikatu – pepper, ginger, long pepper
Yashtimadhu – Licorice – Glycyrrhiza glabra
Chaturjata – Cinnamon bark, leaves, Cardamom and Mesua ferrea
Jatiphala – Nutmeg (fruit) – Myristica fragrans
Rasna – Pluchea lanceolata / Vanda roxburghi
10 mg each of
Shemal Mushli
Manjishta – Indian Madder (root) – Rubia cordifolia
Shuddha Shilajatu – Puirified Asphaltum punjabinum
Flavoured Syrup base – quantity sufficient

Side effects and precautions

Side effects and precautions: 
It is best to take this medicine only under strict medical supervision.
Children, pregnant ladies and lactating mothers should take this medicine only under medical supervision.
keep out of reach and sight of children.
Accidental over-dosage may cause mild gastric irritation.
Store in a cool dry place.
Take this medicine only till the prescribed time, in the prescribed dose.
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are diabetic. In diabetic patients, only if the blood sugar is under good control, then this medicine can be given.
