With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

This medicine should be taken only under medical supervision.
It is better to avoid this medicine during pregnancy and lactation.
over-dosage may cause gastric irritation and mild toxic symptoms.

Excess spicy foods, fried foods, heavy non veg foods.
You can take one or two capsule per day, after food for 2 – 3 months, based on your doctor’s advice.

Weight increase due to thyroid problem is different from weight increase due to obesity or hyper-cholesterolemia. So , it might be helpful in thyroid problem cases also but according to the condition of the body and its nature. A proper history also plays a role here. If it is advised by an Ayurveda doctor directly, it can be continued beyond 3 months as well. usually weight is not gained just by stopping this medicine.

Both are very useful in treating obesity. Any one among them is fine to use.
