Precaution if you apply this oil over feet:
If you apply this oil on feet, make sure to wash off thoroughly with water or wipe off with cloth. The oil can make you slippery while walking.
After applying, make sure there are no oil spills on the floor. This can make the floor slippery.

Amlika – Tamarindus indica
Daemia extensa
Kumari – Aloe vera
Guduchi – Indian Tinospora (stem) – Tinospora cordifolia
4.16 g each of
Vacha – Acorus calamus
Shunti – Ginger Rhizome – Zingiber officinalis
Shigru – Moringa oleifera
Kushta – Saussurea lappa
Devadaru – Himalayan cedar (bark) – Cedrus deodara
Usheera – Khus Khus – Vetiveria zizanioides
Karpoora – Camphor – Cinnamomum camphora – 330 mg
Bee wax – 66 g
Neem oil – 6.7 ml
Taila – Sesame oil – Sesamum indicum – 93.3 ml

There are no side effects with this medicine on external application.

During pregnancy, lactation
If
you were using this oil before pregnancy without any allergic reaction, you can
continue using this oil even during pregnancy.
If you have not used this product before and wish to use it during pregnancy,
better to consult a doctor because it can cause skin allergy in some rare
cases.
It is generally considered as safe to use during lactation, however consult
your doctor for the right advice.
Can
this product be applied after steam therapy?
No.
Oil is best applied before steam therapy. This is as per basic Ayurvedic
principles.

It can be used in tendonitis. It is a very good oil. No substitute required.

I have pain in the inside of ankle in the right leg. It comes and goes. A showing pain. Sometimes, it lasts a couple of hours. Some days, there is no pain at all. But when I do Yoga or Kalari, it hurts. Which is the best massage oil. Will this Marma Thailam work?
