As per the claims made by the manufacturer, it is indicated in Ayurvedic treatment of premature greying of hairs, dandruff, hair fall, thinning of hair etc.

K-7 Capsules Dose:
1 – 2 capsules, 2 – 3 times a day, after food or as directed by physician.

Amalaki – Indian gooseberry fruit – Emblica officinalis Gaertn. – 30 mg
Mandukaparni – Gotu Kola – Centella asiatica – 30 mg
Evolvus alsinoides – 30 mg
Yashti – Licorice – Glycyrrhiza glabra – 30 mg
Vibhitaki – Belliric Myrobalan fruit rind – Terminalia bellirica – 30 mg
Tila – Sesamum indicum – 200 mg
Narasimha Churna – a traditional Ayurvedic medicine – 300 mg
Saptamrit Lauh – a traditional Ayurvedic medicine – 30 mg
Abhraka Bhasma – Purified and processed Mica – 30 mg
Diet To Follow
Have more of Ghee, coconut oil, Sunflower seed, almond,
taro root, flaxseed oil, soyabean, pistachio,
Broccoli, carrots, chard, nuts, papaya, pumpkin,
red peppers
Flax seeds, walnut, tofu, brussel sprout,
cauliflower, winter squash, fish oil, egg oil, krill oil, chia seeds, camelia
are fine to take.
Diet To avoid:
There are no diet restrictions. Please avoid all
types of junk foods, excessive non veg foods, try to avoid or limit alcohol and
smoking. Avoid aerated drinks.
Please prefer homemade food wherever possible.

It is better to take this product under strict medical supervision.
Children, pregnant ladies and lactating mothers should take this medicine only under medical supervision.
Over-dosage may cause gastric irritation.
