Gentle-S Capsules uses:
As per the claims made by the manufacturer, it is indicated in Ayurvedic treatment of Psychic and functional impotence, lack of sexual motivation, Spermatorrhoea, Nocturnal emission, PE, Oligospermia.

Dose and duration of use

Gentle-S Capsules Dose: 
1 – 2 capsules at night, with milk, before or after food as directed by physician.

How long to take?
It can be taken for upto 1-2 month, based on doctor’s advice.

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Kapikacchu – Mucuna pruriens – Seed – 100 mg
Shatavari – Asparagus racemosus – 30 mg
Safed Musli – 70 mg
Talamkhana – 25 mg
Vidari – Pueraria tuberosa – 25 mg
Gokshura – Small caltrops (whole plant) – Tribulus terrestris – Gokharu – 25 mg
Akarakarabha – Anacyclus pyrethrum – Akarkara – 10 mg
Ela – Cardamom – Elettaria cardamomum – 10 mg
Jatipatra – Nutmeg (leaf) – Myristica fragrans – 5 mg
Lavanga – Clove – Syzygium aromaticum – 5 mg
Twak – Cinnamon – Cinnamomum zeylanicum – Dalchini – 10 mg
Salam Mishri – 30 mg
Keshar – Saffron – 10 mg
Shuddha Shilajatu – Purified Asphaltum punjabinum – 50 mg
Makardhwaj – 10 mg – a compound of purified Mercury, Sulphur and Gold
Loha Bhasma – Bhasma (Calx) of Iron – 10 mg
Abhraka Bhasma – Bhasma (calx) of Mica – 10 mg

Side effects and precautions

Side effects and precautions: 
This medicine should should be taken only under strict medical supervision.
Over-dosage or taking medicine for a longer period of time, than prescribed may cause gastric irritation. Hence not desired.
keep out of reach and sight of children.
Store in a cool dry place.
It is best to avoid taking this to children, pregnant and lactating mothers.
Take this medicine only till the prescribed time, in the prescribed dose only.
