Dear doctor, In vishnu thaila, (sahasrayogam, sujanapriyavyakhyan) is it said to use “anakurunthoti”(atibala) in the place of gavedhuka, And kantakari is not mentioned, I think it may be a mistake while translating or printing, what is gavedhuka? what its malayalam name?
Hi, I am unaware of Malayalam name of Gavedhuka.
In the Sanskrit verse explaining the product, the Dvivachana word for Brihati – Brihatyo: is mentioned, meaning, Brihati dwaya – Brihati and Kantakari.
In Bhaishajya Ratnavali translated by Ambika datta Shastri, Gavedhuka is translated as Atibala.
Some malayasian names: Batak, Buah Jali, Jali-Jali, Biji Bali, Jelai, Jali Batu, Jelai Pulut, Jilai, Lanchang, Melai Tiku, Menjelai, Senjelai.
How it can be used internally?
