Caramrogari Ointment: Benefits, How To Use, Ingredients, Side Effects

Caramrogari Ointment is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Baidyanath Pharmaceuticals. It is an anti-infective skin preparation. 

Ingredients

Ingredients of Caramrogari Ointment:
Gandhaka [Sulphur]
Tuvaraka taila [Hydnocarpus laurifolia] – uvaraka plant is an ancient Ayurvedic herb used mainly in the treatment of skin diseases. It is in use since the time of Sushruta.
Karpoora [Cinnamomum camphora] – Camphor is a rare herb which, being coolant, balances Kapha Dosha and reduces fat and cholesterol levels. Camphor used for medicinal use is slightly different than the camphor used in Pooja / Spiritual practices. In the market, you get the edible camphor usually in powder form. Though modern science categorizes it as unsafe for oral consumption, in a very low specified dose, it is useful in certain diseases.

Indication of Caramrogari Ointment:
Ring worm
Itching
Urticarial
Other skin related problems

Direction for use of Caramrogari Ointment:
To be applied on the affected area twice a day.
How long to use?
It can be safely used for a period of 2 – 3 months time.

Side effects, package

Side effects of Caramrogari Ointment:
There are no recorded side effects with this medicine.
This product is meant only for external application
Avoid accidental exposure to eyes. In case of eye contact, wash eyes thoroughly with cold water for 3 – 5 minutes. If burning sensation, eye irritation and redness persists, consult an eye specialist.
Avoid accidental oral intake.
Store in a cool dry place, in an air tight container, away from direct sunlight.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
