Ingredients of Banovit Tablet:
Gokshura [Tribulus terrestris] – 15 mg
Vriddadaru [Argyreia speciosa] – 5 mg
Kauncha beeja [Mucuna puriens] – 10 mg
Ashwagandha [Withania somnifera] – 85 mg
Shatavari [Asperagus racemosa] – 35 mg
Sweta musali [Asperagus adscendens] – 20 mg
Vidarikanda [Pueraria tuberosa] – 25 mg
Bala beeja [Sida cordifolia] – 20 mg – Sida cordifolia or Country mallow is known as Bala in Ayurveda. The word Bala refers to strength. This herb is used to increase strength of body. Bala is an ancient Ayurvedic herb, used widely in a variety of Ayurvedic medicines and oils to improve strength of bones, muscles and joints. Its botanical name is Sida cordifoloia, of Malvaceae family. Some use Sida retusa also in the name of Bala.
Salap panjo [Eulophia campestris] – 5 mg
Shilajitu [Asphaltum] – 5 mg
Abhraka bhasma – 20 mg – Abhrak Bhasma is an Ayurvedic medicine, prepared from Mica. It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of asthma, urinary disorders, skin diseases etc. This medicine should only be taken strictly under medical supervision.

Premature ejaculation
Erectile dysfunction
Lack of sexual strength
Hyperaesthatic sexual conditions
Loss of vigour, vitality & libido
Dose
Dosage of Banovit Tablet:
2 tablet 3 times a day preferably with milk, or as directed by the physician.
How long to use?
It can be safely used for a period of 2 – 3 months time, with gradual decrease in dosage.
With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.
Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.
With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Over-dosage may cause gastritis, heart burn symptoms in people with sensitive stomach.
This product should be strictly taken under medical supervision.
Take this medicine only in the prescribed dose for the prescribed period of time.
