  2. Dear Dr Hebbar, namasthe. I have read all your replies. I have been advised by a cardiologist in Hyderabad to use Amrita Bindu. Started using a week ago. Now, I’ve noticed that (1) tongue has turned dark (2) stool is irregular (3) sensation of stools while urinating (4) small amounts of stool with gas. When informed, the cardiologist advised me to continue the medicine irrespective of these symptoms, which may subside in due course. However, I’m concerned, as this irregular bowel movement was not there earlier & could be a result of Amrita Bindu. Should I continue it? Kindly advise.

  3. Hi Dear Dr JV Hebbar,

With respect to non-vegetarian food, the Chit that comes along with the medicine only says Chicken and Egg should be avoided. Does that mean I can take other non-vegetarian food like mutton and fish? Or should I avoid those as well?

    Please suggest.

    Thanks!.
