Lucatone Syrup: Uses, Dose, Ingredients, Side effects

Lucatone Syrup is a safe and effective non-hormonal uterine tonic, treats leucorrhoea and non-specific vaginitis. It is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Capro Labs Exports India Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore. It provides comprehensive treatment in dysfunctional uterine bleeding with clock-work precision and an ideal remedy in related diseases without the side effects of hormonal therapy.

Indication of Lucatone Syrup:
Metrorrhagia, menorrhagia – Raktha pradara
Dysmenorrhoea – Kastarthava
Leucorrhoea – Swetha pradara

Composition

Composition of Lucatone Syrup:
Each 5 ml contains-
Kumari (Aloe vera)- 1.5 ml
Shatavari (Asperagus racemosus)- 100 mg
Musta (Cyperus rotendus)- 50 mg
Amalaki (Embelica officinalis)- 50 mg
Yastimadhu (Glycyrrhiza glabra)- 100 mg
Sariva (Hemidesmus indicus)- 50 mg
Ashoka (Saraca indica)- 400 mg
Lodhra (Symplocos racemosa)- 200 mg
Dashamoola – 100 mg
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)- 100 mg
Shunti (Zingiber officinale)- 50 mg
Sita (Sugar)- q.s.
Preservatives [in a flavored syrup base] – q.s

Dose

Dosage of Lucatone Syrup:
2 tsp thrice daily, or as directed by the physician

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

Should be taken under medical supervision
