Gid Syrup is a complete digestive aid. It is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Capro Labs Exports India Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore. It normalizes body’s natural supply of digestive enzymes.

The incidence of gastro-intestinal disorders is increasing day by day due to change in life style, fast food, stress and strain.

Gid Syrup offers co-ordination of all physiological phases of digestion and thus found to be extremely useful on GID.

Efficacy of Gid Syrup:
A complete digestive aid that stimulates and co-ordinates all physiological phases of digestion
Normalizes the body’s natural supply of digestive enzymes
Ensures complete digestion of carbohydrates, proteins, fats and tones up liver functions and relieves abdominal discomfort.
Normalizes gastro-intestinal motility, stimulates stomach gastrin to promote gastric motility and gastric emptying and there by relieves both gastric and intestinal flatulence.
Optimizes the absorption, assimilation, utilization of all nutrients and relieves constipation through efficient bowel evacuation.
Helps to stop heart burn and regurgitation, vomiting and nausea, epigastric pain, belching, bloating, post-prandial pain, flatulence and abdominal distention

Low digestive fire – Agnimandhya
Indigestion] – Amajeerna
Dyspepsia – Ajeerna
Flatulence – Apanavata
Generalized debility – Dourbalya

Composition

Composition of Gid Syrup:
Each 5 ml contains-
Bilva-fruit (Aegle marmelos)- 60 mg
Lasuna-pulp (Allium sativum)- 60 mg
Ajamoda-fruit (Apium graveolens)- 105 mg
Punarnava-whole plant (Boerhaavia diffusa)- 40 mg
Krishna jeeraka-fruit (Nigella sativa)- 85 mg
Musta-rhizome (Cyperus rotendus)- 40 mg
Agnimantha-root (Premna integrifolia)- 40 mg
Dashamoola-roots – 80 mg
Trikatu (zingiber officinale, Piper longum, Piper nigrum)- 60 mg
Yavanika-fruit (Tracchyspermum ammi)- 40 mg
Draksha-fruit (Vitia vinifera)- 105 mg
Hingu-gum resin (Ferula asafoetida)- q.s.
Sita (Sugar)- q.s.
Preservatives- in a flavored syrup base- q.s

Dose

Dosage of Gid Syrup:
3 tea spoon twice daily, or as directed by the physician.

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

There are no recorded side effects with this medicine.
Should be taken under medical supervision
