Ingredients

Ingredients of Bonton Active Granules:
Shatavari (Asperagus racemosus) – natural anti oxidant, anti aging and rejuvenation herb.- 2%
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) – improves strength of muscles, tendons and ligaments. -2%
Arjuna (Terminalia arjuna) – a natural herbal source for calcium. – 2 %
Asthisrinkala – Hadjod (Cissus quadrangularis) – a useful Ayurvedic herb to improve bone and joint strength – 32%
Kapikacchu – Mucuna pruriens -2%
Nirgundi – Vitex negundo – 2%
Guggulu – Commiphora mukul – 2%

Indication

Indication of Bonton Active Granules:
Osteoporosis.
Geriatric bone weakness.
Fracture healing.
Calcium supplement during pre & post-menopause, pregnancy and lactation.
Tonic for growing children and adolescents.

Dose, package

Dosage of Bonton Active Granules:
Dissolve 1 table spoon of Bonton Active granules in a glass of warm/lukewarm milk and enjoy a delicious healthy drink, twice a day. Residual material is essential part of medicine, please take it within.

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.

    Your website is quite educative.

    What is the source of the ingredients and their respective % for this formula? Somehow, in the product label, the % given of each herb are different, however the name of the herbs is the same.

    Also, which ingredients are used as excipient and/or residuals in these granules?

    Do you think that taking this alone and without taking Magnesium supplement could disturb the Calcium/Magnesium balance in the body?

    Which herbs or herbal formula (without any metal bhasma, rock salt based, or transdermal type) in Ayurveda are some good source of Magnesium?
