Jointcare Tablet is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by BACFO pharmaceuticals, Noida- New Delhi. It is used to treat arthritis, spondylitis, joints and musculo-skeletal pain. 

Arthritis is one of the disorders of movable bone joints and muscles which progressively affect all the joints resulting in inflammation, stiffness, pain and immobility. Jointcare is formulated to provide a long lasting relief in arthritis and inflammatory conditions of joints.

Uses

Uses of Jointcare Tablet:

  • It reduces RA factor, ESR and minimizes cartilage destruction by modifying the disease pattern.
  • It is useful in spondylitis, relieves morning stiffness and improve grip strength.
  • Unlike modern medications such as NSAIDs it does not produce gastric irritation and can be safely used without any side effect
  • For optimum results use Jointcare tablet along with Jointcare oil/gel.

Composition

Each tablet contains-

  • Shallaki (Boswellia serrata)– 300 mg – is a famous herb used mainly for the treatment of osteo-arthritis and muscular pains. It is widely used as a substitute to modern pain killer medicines. It also possesses promises on cancer treatment.
  • Rasna (Pluchea lanceolata)- 200 mg
  • Bhavana dravya- processed with the extracts of-
    • Shunti – Ginger (Zyngiber officinale) – Dry and fresh ginger are quite similar in action except that the dry one is preferred to fresh on during summers, as per Ayurveda. Ginger is useful in indigestion, asthma, nausea and more.
    • Black pepper – Maricha (Piper nigrum) – Black pepper has not got its well deserving credit. It certainly is not just another spice. It removes toxins conditions, heals, stimulates organs. It is also used as antidote in insect bites.
    • Pippali – Long pepper (Piper longum) – is a very unique spice. It has all qualities of a typical spice like useful in indigestion, asthma, cough etc. but it is also a very good aphrodisiac and anti aging spice.
    • Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) – Talk about Ayurvedic treatment for anxiety, leucoderma, depression, insomnia, weight gain, weight loss, immunity, muscle strength, body building, anti oxidants, sexual stimulant and so on… The herb does it all and more.

Indication

Indication of Jointcare Tablet:

  • Arthritis
  • Spondylitis
  • Joints pain
  • Musculo-skeletal pain.
    Bursitis,  
  • Bursitis trochanterica,
  • Shoulder dislocation pain
  • Post viral fever, when the patient complains of body, muscle and joint pains

Dose

Dosage of Jointcare Tablet:

1-2 tablets twice a day with water, or as directed by the physician.

With western medicines
Seek your doctor’s advice if you are taking this product along with other western (allopathic/modern) medicines. Some Ayurvedic herbs can interact with modern medicine.
If both Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines are advised together, then it is best to take allopathic medicine first, wait for 30 minutes and then, after a gap of 15 – 30 minutes, take Ayurvedic medicine or as directed by the physician.

Can this be used while taking Homeopathic medicine?
Yes. This product does not react with homeopathic medicine.

With supplements like multivitamin tablets, Omega 3 fatty acids etc?
Yes. Generally, this product goes well with most of the dietary supplements. However, if you are taking more than one product per day, please consult your doctor for an opinion.
