  1. You must start Suvarna Prashan Sanskar. Available at Dr. Kiran’s Clinic, Ayuveda Consultant in Vasai, Dindayal Nagar, Opp Bhaji Market, Vasai West.

  2. Sir, when Chyawanprash can be taken for the lifetime on daily basis, then why can’t swamala be taken when it contains mostly the Chyawanprash only in it?

  3. Because you are slightly over-weight, taking this would further increase it. Hence, I would suggest to try Bhringaraja capsule -1 capsule once or twice a day, for a period of 2 months time.
There will always be confusion, if you hear non-doctor giving health advice.

  4. I just noticed Swamala has Sodium Benzoate as preservative. Looks like this is dangerous. Can anyone comment on whether it is still safe to use Swamala?

  5. Dr. I am feeling too much tired for about 5 years.
Two Doctors told that I have cronic fatigue and a slight autoimune disorder. Is it ok to take the Swamala? Is it fine to take this product for 1 or 2 months just for a burst and then stop?

    • it will supplement your body with the nutritions and let the hairs grow healthy and strong. it is good if it accompanies any hair oil for application like neelibringadi, bringamalaka or malathyadi taila.
