Godanti for Peri menopausal syndrome:
My personal way of preparation of Godanti bhasma  to obtain the benefits in case of menopausal syndrome:
After obtaining the bhasma by classical method, it is further triturated with the fine paste of white coloured hibiscus flower in the  ratio of 2:1.This is made in to pellets and subjected to heat. Grey or light brown coloured bhasma is obtained.
It is very effective against menopausal syndrome and its complications. Especially hot flesh , dryness of body etc are relieved soon by this.
