My daughter is 3.5 years and has extremely dry skin. She was diagnosed by a dermatologist that she has atopic eczema, which has reduced. But the dryness prevails. Her scalp is also very dry which has increased dandruff. Will this oil help in reducing dryness? Also should I use soap or shower gel to rinse off the oil?
    Best Regards
