    5. Hi Sir
I am using Ksheerbala101DS Tablets – Red color tablets as I am sufferung from Spondylo Arthritis…Does this capsule cause addition of weight as I am putting more weight since i have been using this Tablet Daily iam taking 2 Tablets in Morning and 2 Tablets in evening/night…Morining with milk and evening with hot water

    6. J Calderon says:

A two year old boy put one of these tablets in his mouth. Luckily, he did not swallow it. What are the side effects in children and how you treat overdosage/poisoning.

      Thank you,

      JE

      • It is just a simple oil extract of Bala herb along with milk. Even if a kid accidentally swallows this medicine, there are no side effects. At the worst, he may suffer mild diarrhoea, which can be treated symptomatically.
If it is a soft gel capsule and if it gets stuck in the throat, then emergency care might be required to prevent choking.

    7. Prasanna Kumar says:

Can I use this as a hair oil before a bath? Just a few drops, only to moisten the hair?

    8. sir i m taking it oral 10 drops with warm water morning and night before food…. i have nerves problem…. will this help me to cure my nerves problem…

      • I assume, you are following your doctor’s advice. (recommended). It helps in improving nerve problems.

        • vineet verma says:

Sir, my ayurvedic doctor advised my 7 years old son to take this medicine as he is suffering from duchene muscular dystrophy. is this helpful in tbis disease.?

        • Aurobind says:

Can the usage of this give rise to vertigo?

          • It actually is quite a tricky question.
It is an oil preparation. Hence, if it is used in a patient with indigestion (Ama), without using appetizer medicines having ginger, black pepper etc., then it may worsen vertigo.
But if used in an indigestion patient, after correcting the digestion problem, it actually is useful to relieve vertigo.

      • I have not seen its usage as eye drop. It is in stead used as nasal drop (Nasya) to improve eye sight. Hence, I suggest to avoid it and consult an Ayurveda doctor.

    12. “This oil on oral intake in form of Ksheerabala 101 capsule is believed to bring about nerve regeneration” — is this mentioned in the Ayurveda texts, or is this claim based on contemporary observation?
