  3. Hello Doctor

I have external thrombosed hemorrhoids . They are like 2. one at 3 o Clock and 7 0 Clock.

I have used abhaya rista 15 ml twice daily for 2 months. I Intermittently used panchasakara churna whenever there was slight constipation. Overall the piles problem or size is reduced but now its stangnant. only during defecation there is inflamation and a hard tissue like inside the pile shoots out. This issue is not gone yet. Looks like a clot. When relaxed it srinks.

Please let me know do i need to conitnue if so how many more days or try any other medicine you advice. Also how is Triphala churna over Panchasakara

    Thanks
