    • Hi, Rasnadi choornam can enable you to have head bath at least once a week. Please note that it is applied over forehead and usually not applied on scalp. Make a paste with water. Apply it on scalp on forehead for 10 – 30 minutes Then wash off with lukewarm water.

  4. Hello, I have been diagnosed for tennis elbow. I met a Ayurvedic doctor & he suggested me to a put a tea spoon of Rasnadi Churna boil it in 300ml of water. Boil the liquid till it becomes half the content. Then make it into 2 halves. For one half put one tablet of Gandha Tailem soft gel capsule while it us boiling hot so that the tablet dissolves. Consume the solution when luke warm half an hour before food. When I read on internet Rasnadi Churna is only for external use & not for oral consumption. Please suggest. Thanks

  8. You can also smell rasnadi powder which benefits the respiratory system by clearing your mucous membrane (if you have a cold). You can also avoid getting a cold if you put powder on your head ( I don’t know why but it is a common beleif in central-southern kerea) after you take a bath. Hope this helps.
