      3. While going outside, apply a very thin layer of ghee to the inside of nostrils.

      5. Use more of turmeric, curry leaves, cardamom, cinnamon, Tulsi tea, ginger, pepper, etc spices in your diet.
      6. Keep night food light, devoid of any frozen foods, aerated drinks, fried foods and sweets . Make sure that dinner is hot when you take it.

    • Hi, you can take it 30 minutes before or after food.
If you are okay with bitter taste, take this ghrita into mouth, swallow it with a cup of lukewarm water.
If you do not like the taste, then add it to half a cup of warm milk, add a little sugar or jaggery, mix well and consume.

it when it is cold and fever.thank you

    • Hi, usually when there is fever with low digestion strength, ghee based medicines are not administered.
Before food will be better than after food if patient has good strength.
Taking it before food may also lower blood sugar levels slightly. Hence care should be taken.

  23. I have dry wrinkled skin on my palm, which results in no/faint fingerprints since i was a child. This becomes a problem in adhaar registration\ verification. 2 years back I had consulted an ayuredic doctor in kerala and he had recommend
Mahatiktaka Grita, Mahatiktaka Lepam and Valiya Madhusnuhi Rasayanam. This was really effective and i was finally able to get the aadhar card! Then i stopped the medicine and the problem of finger tip skin peeling and prints becoming invisible came back. I am a ovo-lacto vegetarian, 49 years and in good health for my age. Do i have to continue the diet for life or is there any lifestyle change i should make?

  24. I have itching of head during night. Hair fall also. There is discolouration in both the arms and shoulders. Discolouration (skin in the region is dark in colour with some itching) of some region in the left thigh. In the region of discolouration there is often itching. Normally itching starts after taking evening bath. I had undergone treatment with panchathiktha kashayam+Lodhrasavan+Aragwadarishtam for 7 weeks. Also taken patolakaturohinyadi kwatham three weeks (one each three times a day for three weeks) . All these are under ayurvedic doctors advice. Still not cured. I have been told by another ayurvedic expert to take Mahatiktha Grirtham daily two times with doze of 5 ml. before empty stomach and hot lime water after that and before going to bed after food. and once in a week to take avipathi podi (15 grams) for virechana. Will it be beneficai. I have piles too (internal). I have non -healing mouth ulcer too.
