    • No it is used in treating gastritis, edema, fiver and liver diseases. Do consult the doctor for medicines for reducing weight because we all are genetically different with different constitutions and patterns, we respond to treatments in many different ways. Hence Standard Ayurvedic Treatments are always individually formulated.

  5. All three can be continued till pregnancy is confirmed through urine test. After that, consult your doctor for further advice.
These three do not affect the chances of pregnancy.

  9. Namaste Sir,

It is mentioned “People with diabetes and high BP should take this medicine only under medical supervision.”

What is the effect of punarnavasava on BP? It increases or decreases BP? What about in case of punarnavarishta?

When should one take punarnavadi Gugglu and when punarnavadi Mandoor?

    regards
    Jitendra

  15. Dr. – first of all my heart-felt thanks to you for spreading the knowledge around ayurveda and the kind of medicines & cure it can provide.
My job requires me to sit in a place for at least 7+ hours with little bio-breaks in-between. At the end of the day my legs (below knee) gets swollen and become heavy. At times it becomes very dry and itchy. I have the same problem if I sit and travel in a bus/car for more than 5 hours. After I stretch my legs and sleep in the night, the swelling subsides and legs return to normal conditions. I have this complaint for more than 2 decades if I remember correctly. Will this medicine help in my case here. Pls let me know. Thanks again.
